Reduced Risk of Anxiety Disorders:

Research conducted by scientists at Stanford University in 2018 showed that increased exposure to green spaces was associated with a decreased risk of developing anxiety disorders in children and adolescents.

Improved Sleep Quality:

A cross-sectional study published in the Journal of Adolescent Health in 2020 found that adolescents who spent more time in natural environments had better sleep quality and duration, which is positively associated with mental health outcomes.
